Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, selected options and the order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an error, unavailable stock or a payment problem, we will contact you and arrange a correction or refund for any unfulfilled items. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
Product descriptions, size and appearance
Sizes vary by candle design and product. Do not assume products are the same size or infer dimensions from display photographs. If dimensions are not listed and size matters to your purchase, contact us before ordering. Colors can appear different on screens. Read the listing for the quantity and items included; display props are included only when the listing expressly says so. Nothing here limits remedies if an item is materially different from its description.
Candle care and intended use
Follow the specific care label supplied with your candle and our Candle Care & Safety guidance. Keep candles and small decorative parts away from children and pets. A wick or a decorative photograph does not establish that a painted, embellished or charm-containing design is suitable for burning. If suitability is unclear, contact us before lighting. Product-specific instructions control; general guidance does not replace them.
Shipping, returns and support
Order processing, carrier estimates and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible unused candle returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us about damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items so we can help.

Our original branding, photographs and written materials may not be reused commercially without permission or a legal right to do so.
